Terms of Services

1. Scope of Application

These terms apply to all agreements and projects between House of Nuances and the client.
By engaging House of Nuances, the client agrees to these terms unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.

2. Offers and Contract Formation
  • All quotes provided by House of Nuances are non-binding until accepted by the client in writing (e.g., via email).
  • Projects begin upon mutual agreement on the scope of work, timeline, and pricing.

3. Services and Delivery
  • Deliverables will be created based on the agreed project brief. Significant changes to the scope may require additional fees.
  • Final files are provided to the client upon full payment.

4. Fees and Payment
  • Our pricing is based on the project scope and requirements. All payments are due according to the payment terms agreed upon in the contract.
  • All prices are stated in euros (€) and are subject to German VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice receipt. Late payments may incur statutory interest charges.
  • House of Nuances may request an advance payment for large or long-term projects.


5. Deadlines
  • The deadlines for project completion will be agreed upon in advance and depend on the scope of the work.

6. Client Obligations
  • The client agrees to provide all necessary information and materials promptly to facilitate the work.

7. Usage Rights
  • All designs and visualizations created by House of Nuances remain the intellectual property of the studio until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.
  • House of Nuances reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless bound by a confidentiality agreement.

8. Revisions and Cancellations
  • Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed separately.
  • If the client cancels a project after work has begun, the client agrees to pay for completed work up to that point. Cancellation terms will be detailed in the individual contract.
  • Generally, deposits are non-refundable.

9. Liability
  • House of Nuances ensures high-quality services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., client sales or leads).
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our designs, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

10. Confidentiality
  • All client-provided materials will be treated as confidential.
  • House of Nuances may sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if required.

11. Governing Law
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by German law.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in Berlin, Germany.
